Delete your account
You can delete your InkDub account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the app
- Open InkDub and sign in.
- Open Profile → Account information.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email info@apexforge.tech from the email address on the account with the subject line “InkDub Account Deletion.” We may reply to confirm the request came from you before we act on it.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile.
- Your subscription and usage records, device registrations and narration jobs linked to your account.
- If you signed in with Apple, your Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.
What isn’t deleted automatically
- Documents and other data stored only on your device. Delete them in InkDub, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app.
- Limited transaction records we must keep, and generated audio cache entries that aren’t linked to your account, for the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
- An active subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel in Google Play or the App Store first so it doesn’t renew. See Support for how.
